- This procedure is available to resolve billing, late drops, withdrawals and other enrollment management related complaints.
- The student must provide a clear and concise statement as well as compelling evidence that there are legitimate grounds for the appeal.
- All supportive documentation/evidence must accompany the appeal.
- * A claim of an appeal must be disputed within one academic year.
