2. Students already enrolled in the RN-MSN may use this form in their last BSN session to confirm their intent to matriculate in the MSN. 
3. Students already enrolled in the RN-MSN may use this form to declare they no longer wish to continue to the MSN. 
4. Students already enrolled in the RN-MSN may use this form to change the MSN track they wish to pursue.
